Where do you do business?

Our headquarters is in Metro Atlanta and we have representatives in the Chicago area as well. This allows us to work with clients throughout the Southeast and most of the Midwest regions.

How do you maintain my confidentiality?

We never list our client businesses by name. If a buyer is interested, they are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and prove financial qualification before we share any specific details about your business

My business is not profitable, can I still sell it?

What do I need to do?

To get started, contact us and we’ll have an analyst contact you (with no obligation or cost) and discuss your needs. If you’re interested in moving forward, we’ll come to you and walk you through the entire process. Once you sign on as a client, we require your last three years’ worth of tax returns and other relevant financial information to get started.

How do you locate buyers?

Our buyers come from many sources including a nationwide network of individuals and private equity groups interested in purchasing a business. In addition, we use a number of Internet-based tools to guarantee your business maximum exposure across the US.

How much does it cost?

Our commission structure ranges from 4%-10% and depends upon the size of your business.
